To Whom It May Concern:My family and I moved into an apartmenta little over a month ago. The conditions are absolutely unbearable. Numerous things have gone wrong since we have moved in. My ceiling in my living room/dining room caved in 3 times(there's ceiling tiles), the floor is rotted,apartment is extremely small..more to list but its just really bad.. There is myself, my husband and our 3 children ages 3,2, and 6 months. We are asking anyone out there for help. We are not asking for somewhere free. We need to rent an apt or house(preferably a house) in Western PA (oakdale,robinson,crafton,bridgeville,carnegie,imperial,moon). We do not have alot of money,as I stated we have just moved to this hell hole. I would be able to give $350-$400 upfront and if there is any way possible a security deposit could be waived or broken up into monthly payments, it would be appreciated. Monthly,we could afford up to $500 but if the security deposit could be broken down, we could give $550(once my husband finds full time employment, security deposit will be paid in no time!) I do work full time for a mortgage company and my husband is seeking full time employment also. We are looking to move ASAP. We are good,reliable tenants and our rent has always been on time. At this point in our life,we have just been dealt a bad hand. Please let me know if you are able to help us in any way possible. Thank you for your time.
Property needs to be in moon,coraopolis,robinson,mcdonald,oakdale,imperial,crafton,ingram,bridgeville,carnegie.... to those of you who have replied with places farther away, i thank you from the bottom of my heart but do to work related puropses, we cannot accept anything but these areas.
